关于上海涉枪犯罪的调查及思考

摘　　要：涉枪犯罪是对社会危害性极大的一类犯罪。当前形势下,上海涉枪犯罪的特点:涉枪暴力犯罪案件日趋增多,恶性程度加剧;涉枪犯罪多与流氓恶势力犯罪交织,涉枪赌博犯罪更趋突出;诸多不法商贩通过互联网及物流渠道兜售非法枪支,使得涉案枪支的来源具有多种渠道且涉案枪支类型繁杂等等。因此,公安部门必须加大对涉枪犯罪的惩处,清查收缴社会上流散的枪支,加大对枪支运输途径的截留查处,加大对相关法律宣传力度,彻底消除涉枪犯罪行为。Gun-related crimes do great harm to the society. Under the current circumstances, characteristics of these crimes in Shanghai include： the number of violent gun-related cases are increasing and the malicious degree is upgrading; gun-relaled crimes are interweaved with hooligans＇ crimes, with gun-related gambling crimes getting prominent： many unscrupulous traders are selling illegal guns via the Internet and logistics channels, making the sources and types of firearms more complicated. Therefore, the public securily departments must impose harsher punishment on these crimes, Irying to uncover and confiscate the scattered firearms in society, strictly control the means of transporting firearms, and strengthen the dissemination of related laws. so as to totally eliminate gun-related crimes.
