Preparation of Ambient Temperature Self-Crosslinkable Amino-Modified Silicone Oil-Acrylic Resin Composite Emulsion and Its Film Performances

摘  要:将功能单体乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)引入丙烯酸树脂分子链中,在制备的丙烯酸树脂乳液中添加氨基硅油作为交联剂,形成室温自交联型硅丙树脂复合乳液。FT-IR证实了氨基硅油与AAEM之间交联反应的发生;通过测试涂膜吸水率、溶胀率、T g、抗张强度及断裂伸长率等,考察了AAEM-氨基硅油交联体系对乳液涂膜基本性能的影响。实验结果表明:氨基硅油的引入和相互交联网络的形成,提升了涂膜物理性能,可使涂膜具有更好的柔韧性和丰满度。Functional monomer acetyl acetyethyl methacrylate (AAEM) was introduced in- to acrylic polymer molecules via emulsion copolymerization to form acrylic resin emulsions, in- to which amino silicone oil latexes were added as crosslinker, formulating the ambient temper- ature self- crosslinkable amino silicone oil- acrylic resin composite emulsion. FT- IR spec- tra confirmed the existing of crosslinking reaction had emerged in the composite film. Effects of the AAEM -amino silicone oil systems on the perfbrmances of the composite films were val- ued by water absorption, swelling experiments, glass - transition temperature (Tg) and me- chanical properties analysis. The results indicated that the incorporation of amino- modifie silicone oil latexes and crosslinking reaction improved the mechanical properties of the compos- ite films, as well as the flexibility and fullness of the film.
