基于港口功能转型背景下的港—城界面空间组织优化研究——以“长江第一门户”吴淞为例

摘　　要：陆海统筹战略下,我国沿海城市港口功能转型逐步展开,港—城界面作为连接港口与城市的核心地带,亟待空间组织的优化。以"长江第一门户"吴淞这一典型港口为对象,基于实地调研和历史地理分析等方法,结果表明:随着港口功能从渔港、军港、商港、工业港到国际邮轮港不断转型,港—城界面空间组织相应呈现带层型、组团型到复合型的阶段演化;演化背后是国内外局势转变、产业空间组织变化、行政区划调整等因素的复杂作用;针对当下港—城界面的港口功能冲突、产业布局混杂、港城关系疏离等问题,通过创新管理体制、统筹岸线规划布局、提升港—城界面通达性等进行优化调控,期待对我国沿海城市的港口功能转型和陆海统筹发展等具有一定的借鉴意义。Under the land and sea integrated strategy, China＇s coastal cities＇ port function transformed gradually. As the connection of the port and city, the spatial organization of port-city interface need optimization. Wusong, the First portal of the Yangtze River, as the typical case, for example, from the fishing port, naval port, commercial port, industrial port and then to the international cruise port. Based on the historical geography and field research methods, the results showed that the port of Wusong continuous restructuring and port-city interface spatial organization also showed the evolution of banding type, group type and compound type. The factors of the spatial organization evolution are the domestic and international situation changes, changes in the organization of industrial space, administrative division adjustment factors together. Through innovation management system, co-ordinate shoreline planning and layout, enhance port-city interface accessibility, the spatial organization optimization of port-city interface must make efforts to resolve the port function, industrial layout, port-city relationship coordination. We are looking forward to having significance on the port functional transformation and the land and sea integrated strategy of China＇s coastal cities.
