重大节事与经济发展方式转型——以西安世园会为例

摘　　要：通过综合分析、计量分析、对比分析等三个步骤,从需求结构、产业结构、要素投入效率等三方面研究世园会对西安经济发展方式转型的影响。研究表明:世园会促进了西安经济发展方式转型,且这种促进作用在逐年递增;除了资本—产出比之外,世园会对西安各项经济发展方式转型指标的影响均较显著。为了借鉴西安成功经验,各地应结合自身情况举办全国性或国际性重大节事,并借机推进经济发展方式转型。西安可以世园会为契机,申报国家综合配套改革试验区。This paper researches on the World Horticultural Exposition＇ s influences on Xi＇an economic development mode transformation in three steps including comprehensive analysis, metric analysis and comparison analysis, and from three aspects including demand structure, industrial structure, and the efficiency of factor input. The result proves that the World Horticultural Exposition has greatly promoted the transformation of Xi＇an economic development mode; moreover it has increasing positive influences year by year. Study also shows that it has remarkable influence on indexes of Xi＇an economic development mode transformation except for the capital to labor ratio. To learn from Xi＇ an, other cities can hold national and international events, and take the opportunities to promote its own economic development mode transformation. Xi＇ an can take the World Horticultural Exposition as a good chance to apply for the State Comprehensive Reform and Experimental Area.
