摘  要:采用比较分析、历史与逻辑的统一等研究方法,对再工业化战略下的美国能源体系转型的必要性、思路等方面进行了研究。研究表明,美国再工业化客观要求转变能源体系。要以节能增效为基础,以提高国内石油产量为辅助支撑,以推进清洁能源革命为核心,试图促使石油化石能源体系依次向天然气和石油共同主导的化石能源体系、可再生能源主导的清洁能源体系转变,以支持美国再工业化和国家经济持续发展。美国这种能源结构优化与再工业化融合发展的模式,对我国能源发展战略与经济发展具有重要启示。Using comparative analysis, the unity of history and logic and other research methods,the U.S. energy system transformation under the re-industrialization strategy has been studied from necessity and ideas and other aspects .This paper argues that the American oil-led fossil energy system has increased the running costs of the U.S. economy and weakened the international status of the United States, and also hindered the breakthrough of re-industrialization as "well as ~the implementation of green industrialization mode,this is contrary to the objective requirements of the U.S. re- industrializatinn for energy system.Therefore,U.S, needs to change the energy system,currently, the main strategies the United States has adopted are to save energy and improve energy efficiency as a basis , and to increase domestic oil production as an auxiliary support, and to promote clean energy revolution as the core ,these will try to promote oil-led fossil energy system in turn to shift to gas and oil co-led fossil energy system and renewable energy-dominated clean energy system ,this will support the process of the U.S. reindustrialization and sustainable development of the national economy.This model of energy structure optimization and re-industrialization fusion development in the United States has a good inspiration for the development of the Chinese economy.
