我国棕(褐)地环境风险减缓模式初探

摘　　要：随着城市化进程加快以及产业结构调整,经济发达地区被废弃的污染工矿场地,即棕(褐)地数量剧增,造成了严重的环境风险,而我国棕(褐)地环境风险管理存在不足。因此,本文基于目前棕(褐)地环境风险研究,探讨了棕(褐)地的环境风险减缓的五种模式,分析了棕(褐)地的环境风险减缓的模式选择的一般原则和具体条件。最后,从棕(褐)地环境风险测算与减缓模式耦合分析、减缓模式的定量化研究、减缓模式应用与适用条件三个方面,阐述了棕(褐)地环境风险减缓模式发展趋势。With the rapid urbanization and industrial structural adjustment, the increasing contaminated lands （called Brownfields） have been abandoned, resulting in serious environmental risk. However, the environment risk management ofbrownfield still has some disadvantages in china. Therefore, this paper studies five environment risk curtailment mode of brownfield which bases on the current research, with the analysis of its applicable condition and the general principle~ of environmental risk curtailment mode selection. Finally, the paper tries to describe the tendency of environment risk curtailment mode from three respects： the coupling of environment risk assessment and curtailment mode selection, the quantitative of environment risk curtailment mode, and the applicable condition of environment risk curtailment mode.
