河南省旅游产业集聚区发展模式创新研究

摘　　要：在对河南省"十二五"期间重点发展和培育的十大旅游产业集聚区发展现状与特征分析的基础上,提出了河南省旅游产业集聚区今后发展应采取城市依托型、景区依托型、城市—景区双依托型、特色产业依托型4种发展模式。不同的发展模式其核心驱动力不同,发展思路、发展目标和发展路径亦不相同,不同的产业集聚区有各自不同的、适合自己的发展模式。The development of tourism industrial agglomeration region is a kind of new exploration and new fusion development model of tourism industry and its relevant industries. It is a great significance to cultivate the tourism industrial agglomeration region for the transformation and upgrade of the tourism industry structure. Based on the analysis of the development status and characteristics of the 10 tourism industrial agglomeration regions during the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ plan in Henan province, the four cluster development modes are focused, which are types depended on city, on scenic, on both city and scenic these two factors, on specialized industry. Different development model has different core driving force, development ideas, and development goals. The development path is not the same. Different tourism industrial agglomeration region have its own development model suitable for its own.
