摘 要:针对微铣刀刃径非常小,在高速微铣削加工过程中很难判断其磨损状况以及对加工表面质量的影响的问题,在微铣削过程中测量微铣刀刀刃受到的微铣削力,研究微铣削力的特性和变化规律,以有效、间接地反映刀刃变化和工件加工表面质量。从理论角度对螺旋立铣刀受到的微铣削力机理进行了着重分析;借助已有的微铣削试验平台,选择典型工件试验材料并设计对应的试验方法进行试验;针对多种材料受到的微铣削分力进行了总结归纳和分析,获得了微铣刀刀刃受到的微铣削力的特征和变化规律。试验结果表明:随着微铣削参量的变化,微铣削力的变化规律与所加工材料的物理机械加工性能存在着密切的联系,而且微铣刀刃径及其每转进给量、轴向铣削深度、材料的晶粒大小都是尺寸效应产生的主要影响因素。The state of cutter wear and the surface quality of workpiece are difficult to judge in high--speed milling process, due to the diameter of micro--milling cutter. The micro milling force of the micro cutter blade was measured herein to study characteristics and law of the micro milling forces in the high--speed milling process, which can reflect effectively and indirectly on the state of cutter wear and the surface quality of work piece. In the theoretical point of view,firstly, the micro milling forces of spiral end milling cutter were mainly analyzed. Secondly, the establishment of test equipment platform, test materials physics processing performance and test methods were described in detail. Then the micro milling resultant and component forces were summarized and analyzed for a single ma- terial and multi--materials. Finally,the characteristics and law of the micro milling forces were sum- marized. The results of test show that the laws of micro milling forces are linked closely to physical and mechanical properties of processed material with the change of micro milling parameters. The blade parameter of the micro milling cutter, the feed per revolution and the grain size of material are all main factors that size effect emerges in the micro milling.
