摘  要:为研究光照节律与饲粮营养水平对中速黄羽肉鸡肉品质的影响,以中速型北京油鸡为试验素材,采用4(光照节律)×3(日粮营养水平)设计,4种光照节律分别为16 h光照(16L∶8D)、变程光照、间歇光照(3L∶1D)和23 h光照(23L∶1D),试验日粮分为低、中、高3种营养水平,饲养至90日龄,从每个处理中随机取16只(公母各半)屠宰取胸肌测定肉品质常规指标。结果表明不同光照节律与营养水平对肉品质无交互作用。母鸡间16L∶8D组L值显著大于变程组(P<0.05),高营养组嫩度显著高于低营养组(P<0.05)。公鸡间23L∶1D组a值极显著小于变程组和16L:8D组(P<0.01),低营养组a值极显著高于高营养组(P<0.01)。研究表明,以中等营养水平和变程光照及间歇光照程序对中速型黄羽肉鸡肉品质有较好影响。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of lighting schedule and dietary nutrient density on meat quality of yellow-feather broilers. 1 440 one-day-age broilers were assigned to a 4 (lighting schedules)×3 (nutrition densities)arrangement. The four lighting schedules included continuous (23L: 1D), 16L:8D,intermittent (3L: 1D) and variable lighting,while the nutrition densities consisted of 3 levels (high,middle,low). At 90 days of age, 16 chickens per treatment were slaughtered for detecting meat quality. The results showed that there were no interactions betweenlighting schedule and nutrition density. As for females,L* of 16L: 8D group was significantly higher than that of variable lighting group (P〈0.05). The tenderness of high nutrient level was significantly better than that of low nutrient level (P〈0.05). As for males,a* of continuous lighting group was highly significantly lower than that of intermittent lighting group and 16L:8D group (P〈0.01). a* of low nutrient level was very significantly higher than that of high nutrient level(P〈0.01). In consider of meat quality, middle nutrient level,intermittent (3L: 1D) and variable lighting could be preferable.
