直肠瓣挂线硬注术治疗混合痔近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察和评价直肠瓣挂线硬注术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将140例混合痔患者随机分成A组70例和B组70例,A组采用直肠瓣挂线硬注术治疗,B组采用外剥内扎术治疗,并对两组术后肛门疼痛、便血、排便通畅度、肛门坠胀不适、切口水肿、住院时间、切口愈合时间、术后复发率等方面进行评价。结果 A组在术后肛门疼痛、便血、肛门坠胀不适、切口水肿、住院时间、切口愈合时间、术后复发率等方面明显低于B组(P<0.05),A组排便通畅度明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论直肠瓣挂线硬注术治疗混合痔具有微创、微痛、并发症少、疗程短、患者恢复快等优点,近期疗效确切。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the rectal waive threaddrawing treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 140 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were { carried through and sclerosing injection in the randomly divided into rectal waive threaddrawing and sclerosing injection } and group B { carried through milligan group A -Morgan hemorrhoidectomy } 70 case of each. The postoperative pain, hematochezia, patency of the defecation, uncomforta- ble tenesmus sensation of anus, incision edema, hospitalization time and the postoperative recurrence rate were ob- served. Results The postoperative pain, hematochezia, patency of the defecation, uncomfortable tenesmus sensa- tion of anus, incision edema, hospitalization time and the postoperative recurrence rate in group A were shorter or better than those in group B （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patency of the defecation in group A were efficacy than that in group B { P 〈 0. 05 }. Conclusion The rectal waive threaddrawing and sclerosing injection in the treatment of mixed hemor- rhoids is Minimally invasive, slight pain, few complications, short course of treatment, the patient recovered quick- ly.
