肛瘘切开挂线联合置管冲洗术对肛门功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肛瘘切开挂线联合置管冲洗术与切开挂线术对高位复杂性肛瘘(CHAF)的肛门功能影响及治疗效果。方法 54例CHAF患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组行切开挂线术,观察组行切开挂线联合置管冲洗术。结果观察组患者术后创面愈合时间、住院时间及费用分别为19.3±4.5 d、12.8±6.7 d及2.2±1.3千元,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。肛瘘切开挂线联合置管冲洗术组患者手术后3、6、12个月肛门功能良好率依次为66.7%、74.1%、92.6%,明显高于同期对照组的48.1%、59.3%、77.8%,差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=7.386、5.050、9.074,P<0.05)。结论切开挂线联合置管冲洗术对CHAF治愈率高,保护了患者的肛门功能。Objective To observe the impact of incision and thread joint catheter lavage on the function of anal. Methods 54 cases CHAF patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table. The control group underwent incision and thread. The observation group underwent incision hung joint lavage catheter. Results The healing time of observation group patients （ 12. 8 ±6. 7 ） d, （ 2.2 ±1.3 ） hospital- ization time and cost of D （ 19.3 ±4. 5）d was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. To ob- serve good rate of 3, 6, 12 months of postoperative anal function group was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （X2 = 7.386, 5.050, 9. 074, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The inci- sion line combined with tube lavage high cure rate and to protect the anal function of CHAF.
