摘　　要：目的评价吻合器直肠黏膜环切术(PPH)联合硬化剂直肠周围注射治疗不完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法对11例不完全性直肠脱垂行PPH术,同时用消痔灵注射液行直肠周围注射。结果全部病例术后无直肠脱垂,术后肛门形态恢复良好,术后肛门平整,无水肿、无肛门失禁、无肛门狭窄、无术后大出血、无感染等并发症。结论 PPH术联合硬化剂直肠周围注射治疗不完全性直肠脱垂是一种安全有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （ PPH ） plus perirectal injection of sclerosing agent for incomplete rectal prolapse. Methods A total of I I cases of incomplete rectal prolapse were treated with PPH and perirectal injection of sclerosing agent. Results All cases were cured. The anal form of all cases were recovered well. There was no complication such as anal edema, incontinence, anal steno- sis,postoperative massive bleeding and infection. Conclusion PPH plus perirectal injection of sclerosing agent is a safe and effective way for incomplete rectal prolapse.
