摘  要:介绍了内燃兰金循环发动机试验系统(ICRC),详细阐述了燃烧工质供给系统、过热水喷射系统和发动机控制及采集系统等子系统的设计。基于该系统研究了不同氧气体积比(OF)、喷水压力等对燃烧过程的影响。试验结果表明:随着氧气体积比降低,缸内最高燃烧压力和最大压力升高率均降低。此外,喷射过热水对燃烧速率有所控制,在不影响缸内最高燃烧压力的前提下将燃烧相位后移,拓展了示功图的有效面积,使得指示功提高了约8%。并随着喷射过热水压力的提高,控制燃烧速率趋势加大,放热率型心后移,IMEP降低。证明开发的ICRC试验系统实现了内燃兰金循环。A test bench for internal combustion Rankine cycle (ICRC) engine was presented,design of working fluid supply system,superheated water injection system, engine control and data acquisition system were expounded in detail. The influences of oxy-fuel (OF) volumetric rate and injection pressure of superheated water on combustion process were researched on this bench. Results show that max. cylinder pressure and max. pressure rise rate are reduced with the OF volumetric rate decrease and burning rate is controlled clearly by water injection, combustion timing is moved backward without causing the max. cylinder pressure to drop. Hence, the effective area of indicator diagram expands and engine effective power increases by around 80//oo. With the water injection pressure rise the effect of controlling burning rate increases,the heat release rate center moves backward and IMEP decreases. It is validated that the developed engine test system realizes the internal combustion Rankine cycle.
