摘 要:目的 观察经交联淀粉碘及紫外线处理的血浆静脉输入后对动物的毒性作用。方法 将鸡作为实验动物 ,采用自动生化分析仪、酶联等技术 ,观察输用消毒血浆后鸡的肝、肾及甲状腺功能变化。结果 连续 5d ,每日给鸡静脉输入血浆 10m1后 ,试验组动物与对照组相比其肝、肾及甲状腺功能指标变化差异不显著。Objective To explore the toxic effects of disinfected plasma treated with ultraviolet C and cross linked starch iodine. Methods After the disinfected plasma were given intravenously to hens, the parameters of liver, kidney and thyroid function were analyzed automated biochemical analyser and ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, the function of liver, kidney and thyroid remained normal in the hens after the disinfected plasma was given at a dose of 10 ml/d for 5 consecutive days. Conclusion There would be no poisonous effect to hens if the disinfected plasma is given intravenously at an appropriate volume.
