红绿弱激光穴位照射联合PCI治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冠脉支架术联合红绿弱激光穴位照射不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法对我院120例不稳定性心绞痛患者行冠脉支架术治疗后,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组在对照组药物治疗的基础上给予红绿弱激光穴位照射,观察3个月后两组患者的心绞痛发作情况,心电图改善情况以及血脂和Hs-CRP变化情况。结果:冠脉支架术后不稳定性心绞痛治疗组患者心绞痛症状、心电图缺血表现及血脂较对照组得到了更好的控制,并且Hs-CRP明显降低。结论:应用红绿弱激光穴位照射,可以有效改善不稳定型心绞痛冠脉支架术后患者的临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of rod and green Low- Power Laser Irradiation and percutaneous coronary intervention for patients of unstable angina pectoris. Methods： 120 patients of unstable angina pectoris who accepted coronary stenting were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The patients of both groups were given nomal medical treatment, while the patients of treatment group accepted low - power laser acupoint irradiation. The following indicators include indexes of the seizures of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, blood fat and Hs - CRP will be observed in 3 months. Result： Low - power laser acapoint irradiation can control angina pectoris more effectively, improve ECG ischemia performance, regulate blood fat and lower Hs - CRP. Conclusion Application of low - power laser acupoint irradiation can be effective in improving the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of live of the PCI patients with unstable angina.
