摘　　要：目的:探讨激光穴位治疗偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:我们对2012年10月到2013年9月,我院50名患者随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各25例,实验组加用激光穴位治疗,对照组采用常规康复治疗。结果:通过观察随访一年,实验组的身体运动机能有显著改善,两组患者疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光穴位治疗对于脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复疗效良好,对肢体功能恢复是有着很好的促进作用的。Objective： To investigate the treatment of patients with hemiplegia laser acupuncture clinical efficacy. Methods ：Our 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group 25 cases, the experimental group were treated with laser acupuncture treatment, control group with conventional rehabilitation. Results ： By observing the follow- up year, the body of the experimental group had significant improvement in motor function, the two groups were statistically significant differences between treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion laser acupuncture treatment for stroke patients with hemiplegia rehabilitation therapy well for rehabilitation of limb function is to have a good role in promoting.
