摘　　要：从样品脱气条件、测试条件与数据处理和仪器维护三个方面进行了积极探索,提升了仪器使用效率,降低了维护成本。The paper explored on following aspects including degas condition ,test condition ,data pro-cessing and instrument maintenance ,in order to improve the efficiency in the use of instruments ,reduced maintenance costs .
