间接荧光抗体试验诊断阿米巴病的意义与影响因素

摘　　要：本文应用间接荧光抗体试验方法检测3例阿米巴肝脓肿,结果均阳性,28例肠阿米巴病阳性15例(53.4%)。其中检出大滋养体者100%阳性,而检出小滋养体和包囊携带者均阴性.This paper presents the diagnosis of amoebiasis by IFA test. The test indicated 100 per cent of positive rate in the patients with amoebic liver abscess, 53. 57 per cent in intestinal amoebiasis. Among them was 100 per cent in the patients with large trophozoites of Entamoeba histolytica, but both its small trophozoites and cyst carriers were negative. At the same time, observation of affecting factors of diagnosis of amoebiasis by IFA test was done.
