徐州市城区居民健康素养及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解江苏省徐州市城区居民健康素养具备情况及其影响因素，为制定和评价健康教育政策、干预措施提供参考依据。方法 采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法对在徐州市3个区6个居委会抽取的1 274名城区居民进行健康素养问卷调查。结果 徐州市城区居民具备健康素养的比例为19.8%，其中具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能的比例分别为34.3%、16.5%和40.3%；徐州市城区居民健康知识知晓率为69.2%，健康行为形成率为63.4%，健康技能掌握率为63.4%；多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果表明，年龄≥25岁、小学及以上文化程度、家庭月均收入1 000-9 999元的城区居民健康素养水平较高，轻体力劳动、重体力劳动和无业的城区居民健康素养水平较低。结论 徐州市城区居民健康素养水平较高，年龄、文化程度、家庭月均收入、职业是城区居民健康素养的主要影响因素。Objective To survey the level of health literacy and its influencing factors among urban residents in Xuzhou city and to provide scientific basis for assessing health education strategies and methods.Methods Totally 1 274 residents from communities of Xuzhou city were surveyed face-to-face.Results The health literacy rate of the residents was 19.8%,with the rate of 34.3% for basic knowledge and attitudes,16.5% for health lifestyle and behavior,and 40.3% for basic health skills.The main influence factors of health literacy were age,education level,occupation,and average family monthly income.Conclusion There are differences in health literacy level in Xuzhou urban residents,and intervention strategies and measures of health literacy should be individualized.
