摘 要:采用神府煤的多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置与采用安徽煤的Shell煤粉气化装置为对象,通过对煤灰、气化生成灰渣以及废水中氯元素含量的分析以及热力学分析,研究气流床煤气化过程中氯元素的迁移特性。研究结果表明:采用神府煤的多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置中,煤中氯元素主要进入废水中,约为88.81%;采用安徽煤的Shell煤粉气化装置中,进入废水中的氯元素为43.03%,存在于粗渣和飞灰中的氯元素分别为34.93%,15.42%;氯元素主要在煤热解过程中释放出来,释放量与最终废水中的氯元素所占比例基本相当;气化温度和进料形态(水煤浆或煤粉)能显著影响产物中氯元素的存在形式,HCl气体的比例随气化温度的升高而降低,水煤浆气化比煤粉气化产物中含有更多的HCl气体;采用安徽煤的Shell煤粉气化装置,Na,K,Cl元素在飞灰中相对富集,这使得最终排放的废水中氯元素的量减少。In an opposed multi-burner(OMB) coal water slurry(CWS) gasification plant with Shenfu coal and a Shell pulverized coal(PC) gasification plant with Anhui coal, the migration characteristics of chlorine were studied. The study was based on the analysis of coal ash, slag and waste water, and thermodynamics calculation. In OMB CWS gasi- fication plant with Shenfu coal, chlorine mainly distributes in waste water with 88.81% , while in Shell PC gasification plant with Anhui coal, it distributes in waste water, coarse slag and fine slag with 43.03 % , 34.93 % and 15.42% , re- spectively. Most part of chlorine is released in coal pyrolysis process, which is almost equal to the proportion of chlorine in waste water. The operating temperature and coal feeding state( CWS or PC) could markedly affect the proportion of chlorides. As the temperature increases,the proportion of HCl decreases. The proportion of HCl gas generated in CWS gasification is more than that in PC gasification. In Shell PC plant with Anhui coal, sodium, potassium and chlorine rel- atively are concentrated in fly ash, which resulted in low distribution of chlorine in waste water.
