摘　　要：分析了国内独立院校通信工程专业教学存在的问题,针对这些问题,对独立院校通信工程专业的教学改革进行了探讨,提出了构建应用型人才培养要素体系,建立特色课程体系及专业方向体系等改革措施,对教学改革带来的作用和意史进行了深入的研讨.Analysed the teaching problems of communication engineering in independent college,discussed teaching reformation about these problems, brought out reformation measures such as to construct application-orlented personal training system,build characteristic course system and speciality system, discussed the effect and significance of teaching reformation.
