摘　　要：支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是呼吸系统常见疾病，患病率高，所产生的经济负担重，严重影响了人民的健康。哮喘病因及发病机制仍不完全清楚，难治性哮喘患者的治疗手段不多，临床疗效差。本文对难治性哮喘的定义、表型与治疗进展进行了综述。Bronchial asthma（asthma）is a common disease of respiratory system. Due to its high incidence and a considerable financial burden, peoplers health have seriously affected. So far,etiology and pathogenesis of asthma is not clear, therapeutic method and clinical efficacy are poor in patients with difficult-to-treat asthma. This article reviews the highlights of definition, phenotype and treatment of difficult-to-treat asthma in recent years.
