摘　　要：目的　分析儿童先天性心脏病 (简称先心病 )相关因素。　方法　对宁波市 2 0 1例 3岁以下的先心病儿童采用与正常儿童 1∶1对照的方法 ,询问父母亲一般情况和母亲孕期情况等 45个相关因素。　结果　多因素分析显示母亲孕早期感冒、孕早期被动吸烟、怀孕前后少吃各种新鲜蔬菜及水果、父亲吸烟和母亲噪声接触为儿童先心病显著影响因素。　结论　先心病的病因系遗传与环境因素共同作用的结果 。Objective To analyse various factors which influence the congenital heart disease in children. Methods To adopt the method of 1∶1 matching and to compare 201 cases of children suffered congenital heart disease and whose age was under 3 years. The inquired 45 factors related to congenital heart disease (e.g. condition of parental, mother’s habit of diet and so on). Results Multi-factor analysis indicates that factors related to congenital heart disease in children included mother catch a cold in early period of pregnancy, passive smoking and a few eating various fresh vegetable and fruit during early stage of pregnancy. Conclusion To intensify eugenically knowledge propagandism, beforetime childbearing diagnosis of congenital heart disease will reduce the disease incidence.
