阴道彩超对异位妊娠的临床应用诊断价值观察

摘　　要：目的探讨异位妊娠诊断过程中应用阴道彩超的临床诊断价值。方法选取异位妊娠患者70例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为研究组和对照组。其中研究组35例,给予阴道彩超检查;对照组病例35例,给予腹部黑白B超检查。结果研究组采用阴道彩超进行诊断,诊断正确率达到了97.1%。而对照组采用腹部黑白B超检查,诊断正确率为60%。结论临床上诊断异位妊娠过程中应用阴道彩超进行诊断正确率明显优于常规腹部黑白B超诊断正确率。Objective To study the clinical Diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of eetopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into research group and control group with 35 cases in each. The research group was given the examination of transvaginal color Doppler sonography and the control group was given the examination of abdominal black and white B ultrasound. Results The research group used transvaginal color Doppler sonography for diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy rate reached 97.1%. The control group adopted abdominal black and white B ultrasound for diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 60%. Conclusion For the diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy in clinical practice, the diagnostic accuracy rate of transvaginal color Doppler sonographyis far superior to that of conventional abdominal black and white B ultrasound.
