腹腔镜手术器械的消毒保养措施分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术器械的最佳消毒、保养措施。方法选取实验组560例,按照卫生部2009年颁发的《消毒供应中心管理规范》(以下简称《规范》),进行消毒及保养;选取对照组480例,采用传统常规方法进行消毒及保养,比较两种方法的消毒效果及器械的使用寿命。结果实验组消毒合格率93.9%,术后感染率3.0%;对照组消毒合格率86.9%,术后感染率9.0%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范的消毒及保养方法,能保证腹腔镜的消毒质量,减少术后感染的发生,延长腹腔镜使用寿命,提高了手术质量。Objective To investigate the best measures for laparoscopic surgical instruments disinfection and maintenance. Methods 560 cases of laparoscopic surgical instruments were selected as the experimental group and 480 cases were selected as the control group. The experimental group was disinfected and maintained in accordance with the Management Standard for Central Sterile Supply Department （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Standard＂ ） issued by the Ministry of Health in 2009. And the control group was disinfected and maintained by the conventional method. The disinfection effects of the two methods and the service life of equipment of the groups were compared. Results The experimental group＇s disinfection qualified rate was 93.9%, postoperative infection rate was 3.0%; the control group＇s disinfection qualified rate was 86.9%, postoperative infection rate was 9.0%; the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Standard measures for laparoscopy disinfection and maintenance can guarantee the quality of laparoscopic disinfection, reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, prolong the service life of laparoscopy and improve the quality of surgery.
