含银复方消毒剂杀灭微生物效果及稳定性检测

摘　　要：含银复方消毒剂为含硝酸银、过氧化物的白色透明液体，含银离子 ５１２ ｍｇ／ Ｌ， ｐＨ值为 ２．２９。以载体定量杀菌试验检测其杀灭微生物效果与稳定性。结果，用其加 ５倍水的稀释液（ｐＨ ２．７７）对布片上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用 ７ ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均为 １００％。其原液存放 ５４℃下 １４ ｄ，杀菌效果无明显变化；但有机物存在使杀菌作用减弱。The compound silver-containing disinfectant is a white transparent liquid containing silver nitrate and peroxide. It contains silver ion 512 mg / L and has pH value of 2.29. The car- rier quantitative germicidal test was used to examine its germicidal efficacy and stability. The results indicated that its dilute solution (pH 2.77) formed by adding 5 times of water with a 7 minute contact time killed 100% of Escherichia colt, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strips. The germicidal efficacy of its stock solution did not change significantly after storing at 54℃ for 14 days, but presence of organic substance made its germicidal efficacy decrease.
