摘 要:以氨基酸型表面活性剂月桂酰基肌氨酸钠(LS)和两性表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基羟磺甜菜碱(CHSB)复配得到了黏弹性胶束体系。考察了CHSB与LS的质量比、pH和NaCl添加量对体系黏度的影响;比较了不同条件下体系的流变性能。结果表明,在pH=5.1和m(CHSB)∶m(LS)=8∶4时体系的黏度达到最大24 500 mPa·s,触变环面积显著增大;NaCl质量分数低于4.0%时,添加NaCl对体系有增黏效果;质量比、pH和NaCl含量的改变可增大胶束体系的弹性模量和黏性模量十几倍;证明黏弹性胶束体系具有明显的剪切变稀性,流动曲线可用非线性共转Jeffreys模型表征。A viscoelastic micelle system was formed by blending of an amino - acid based surfactant, sodium laur0yl sarcosinate (LS) and an amphoteric surfactant, cocoamido propyl hydroxy sulfobetaine (CHSB). Effects of mass ratio of LS to CHSB ,pH and amount of NaCI added on the viscosity of the system and rheological properties of the system were compared. Results showed that viscosity of the system achieves a maximum value as 24 500 mPa s, and area of the thixotropic loop increases considerably under conditions as pH = 5.1 and m( CHSB): m(LS) = 8: 4. When NaC1 mass fraction in the system is less than 4.0%, addition of NaC1 into the system will result in increase of the viscosity of the system. Moreover, change of the mass ratio, pH, as well as NaC1 content will cause change of elastic modulus and viscous modulus of the micelle system more than a dozen times. This phenomenon can indicate that the micelle system exhibits shear thinning property, and nonlinear co -rotational Jeffreys constitutive equation can be applied to characterize its flow pattern.
