摘 要:以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)-丙烯酸(AA)-衣康酸(IA)为原料,通过改变引发剂K2S2O8和NaHSO3的用量,应用水溶液聚合制备了不同相对分子质量的三元IA/AA/AMPS分散剂。以3种水煤浆为研究对象,考察不同相对分子质量的三元IA/AA/AMPS分散剂对各煤种的分散性能,对聚合物的相对分子质量、水煤浆的表观黏度与ζ电位进行了测定。结果表明,当三元IA/AA/AMPS分散剂相对分子质量为2.4万时,可以使64%的3种煤浆的表观黏度分别降低至584,360和609 mPa·s;各种煤粒的表面ζ电位分别达到-44.6,-39.1和-42.8 mV。Sulfonate type terpolymer (IA/AA/AMPS) dispersants with different molecular weight for coal - water slurry were prepared by using 2 - acrylamide - 2 - methylpropanesulfonic acid ( AMPS ) , acrylic acid (AA) and itaconic acid (IA) as starting materials while the difference of molecular weight of the dispersants was realized through the change of dosage of the initiators K2S20s and NaHSO3. The effect of IA/AA/AMPS dispersants with different molecular weight on the dispersing performance for three kinds of pulverized coal - water slurry was studied. Molecular weight of the terpolymer (IA/AA/AMPS), apparent viscosity and potential of the coal - water slurry were determined respectively. Results showed that, in case the molecular weight of terpolymer IA/AA/AMPS dispersant achieves 24 000,apparent viscosity of the three kinds of coal - water slurry (with solid mass fractions all at 64% ) can he reduced to 584,360 and 609 mPa s respectively; and ζ potential of coal partical surface of the three kinds of:coal achieves - 44.6, - 39, 1 and - 42. 8 mV respectively.
