摘 要:以熊果苷为参比,测定了20种植物醇提物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率。将4种抑制效果好的植物按不同配比进行组合,筛选出一组对酪氨酸酶活性抑制率最高的组合。结果表明,4种抑制效果好的植物分别为桑白皮、甘草、芙蓉花和牡丹花,配比为牡丹花3 g,甘草2 g,桑白皮3 g和芙蓉花2 g的1号组合醇提物在质量分数为1%时,对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率达93.04%,将其作为天然美白成分添加在美白化妆品中,具有十分重要的潜在价值。Taking arbutin as the reference, inhibition rate of ethanol extract from 20 kinds of plant material against tyrosinase activity were tested in vitro. According to the test results,four kinds of plant material extract with good inhibition effect were selected and formulated with different proportions of the four kinds of plant extract. Then the formulations were tested in vitro for their tyrosinase activity ininibition and the formulation with highest inhibition rate against tyrosinase activity was screened out. Results showed that the four kinds of plant material with good inhibition effect are: Cortex Mori, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Hibiscus flower and peony flower; while the blend formulated with 3 g of Cortex Mori,2 g of Radix Glycyrrhizae ,2 g of Hibiscus flower and 3 g of peony flower displays the highest tyrosinase inhibition rate of 93.04% with mass fraction of 1%. There is good application potential in the field of whitening cosmetics preparation.
