摘 要:制备了以氢氧化镁[Mg(OH)2)]及次磷酸铝(SAP-1)为协效阻燃剂的环氧型膨胀防火涂层,通过锥形量热仪对其燃烧及传热过程进行了研究,并分析协效阻燃剂对涂层内部温度场分布的影响。结果表明:样品内部距离样品上表面越远温度越低,样品的燃烧与其传热过程紧密相连并相互影响;相比Mg(OH)2协效制备的涂层,含SAP-1协效剂的防火涂层具有更好的绝热性能,在燃烧过程中热量更不容易向内部传递;协效阻燃剂的添加量对防火涂层的内部传热过程有很大影响。Epoxy intumescent fire retardant coatings based on Mg(OH)2 and alumin- ium phosphinate ( SAP-l) as synergistic flame retardants were prepared. The heat transfer and burning behavior of the coatings were studied by cone calorimeter. The in- ternal temperature distribution was measured to analyze the effect of the synergistic flame retardants on the combustion behavior. The results show that the temperature in the interior of sample decreases when it is far away from the surface. The combustion of the sample and its heat transfer process is closely connected and interacted. Com- pared to the coatings with Mg(OH)2, the coatings containing SAP-1 has better per- formance of insulation properties. In the combustion process the heat is difficult to be passed to the internal of the coatings. The amount of the synergistic flame retardant al- so has a great impact on internal heat transfer process of the fire retardant coatings.
