摘 要:对侧壁密集开孔玻璃钢管材的弯曲形变能力进行了测试和分析。结果表明:600 mm管材的屈服形变大于等于20 mm;以196A树脂为基体材料时,管材的屈服弯曲载荷较191树脂管材的大,而屈服变形小;玻璃纤维缠绕角度为65!时,屈服载荷和屈服变形高于45!的;10 mm开孔尺寸优于20 mm的,而开孔的排列方式也很重要。The bending deformation ability of the glass fiber reinforced polyester (GFRP) pipelines which have been densely drilled on the sidewall was measured and analyzed. The results show that the yielding deformation of the pipelines of 600 mm long is equal to or more than 20 mm. The bending load of the pipelines made from 196A resin is higher than that of made from 191 resin, but the bending deformation is less. When the winding angle of the glass fibers is 65 ~, the bending load and the de- formation of the pipelines are higher than those of winding angle of 45 o. The perform- ance of the pipelines with drilled holes of 10 mm in diameter are better than those of 20 mm holes. The distribution style of the drilled holes is important.
