摘　　要：为了对当前急性弛缓性麻痹 (AFP)病例监测系统的监测质量、监测水平进行较为全面的评价 ,利用EPIinfo软件对全国AFP病例监测系统上报的最新数据进行分析。结果显示 :全国 1999年AFP病例报告发病率为 1 76 / 10万 ,报告的AFP病例分布于全国 2 0 84个县 (区、市、旗 ,下同 ) ,占全国县数的 72 8% ;AFP病例监测系统各项监测指标均达到要求 ;AFP病例合格粪便标本采集率为 86 %。目前全国AFP病例监测系统各项监测指标维持在较高的水平上 。The working quality of Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP) case surveillance system was evaluated comprehensively by analyzing the latest data of AFP cases reported by AFP surveillance systems of the whole country, utilizing EPI info software The results showed that the incidence of AFP case in 1999 in the whole country was 1 76/100,000, distributing in 2?084 counties (district,city, banner,the same below) accounting for 72 8% of the total counties of the whole country The qualified rate of stool specimen collection reached 86%, every index of the surveillance system was beyond 80% and it maintains at a high level up to now
