彩色室壁动力分析——多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图对冠心病诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的 :评估彩色室壁动力分析 -多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图 (ColorKinesis-DobutamineStressEchocardiography ,CK -DSE)对诊断冠心病 (coronaryheartdisease ,CHD)的准确性。方法 :以冠状动脉造影 (coronaryangiography ,CAG)为标准 ,采用CK -DSE检测了 5 0例可疑CHD患者。结果 :CK -DSE诊断CHD的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为 92 6 %、78 3 %、86 %、83 3 %和 94 2 %。结论 :CK -DSE诊断CHD安全、准确。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of Color Kinesis-Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography (CK-DSE) in coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods:By the standard of coronary angiography,CK-DSE was used to detect 50 cases suspected with CHD.Results:The sensitivity, specificity ,accuracy and positive and negative predictive values of CK-DSE diagnosing CHD were 92 6%,78 3%, 86%,83 3% and 94 2%.Conclusions:CK-DSE diagnosing CHD is safe, accurate and reliable.
