水性叔氟丙烯酸酯涂料的制备与性能研究

摘  要:以自制的叔氟丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物质制备水性涂料,详细研究了基料、助剂、颜基比以及固含量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:当复合润湿分散剂(SN-5040/DX-200)用量为0.8%,复合增稠剂(203/003)为0.8%,颜基比为1∶1,固含量为70%,并且以叔氟丙烯酸酯乳液作为基料时,制备的涂料性能较佳,其接触角可达103.4°,吸水率仅为4.12%,具有优异的稳定性、疏水疏油性、耐水性和耐碱性。A kind of waterborne coating was prepared with veova-10-fluorocarbon acrylate coatings as binder which prepared by ourselves. The influence factores such as additives, base materials, binder ratio and solids content were discussed in detail. The results showed that the performance of coatings was best when the amount of composite wetting and dispersing agent (SN-5040/DX-200) was 0.8%, composite thickener(203/003) was 0.8%(the total mass), binder ratio was 1 : 1, solids content was 70%, and used veova-10- fluorocarbon acrylic emulsion as the binder, the coatings with better performance such as hydrophobic and oleophobie, water resistance and alkali resistance, the contact angle was 103.4° and the water absorption was only 4.12%.
