涂装前去磷化、钝化的表面处理技术的一些新进展

摘　　要：叙述了磷酸改性环氧树脂的复合表面处理液在低表面处理中的应用。重点介绍了用溶胶-凝胶技术制备无机/有机杂化复合涂层用于铝合金、不锈钢、镀锌铁板、汽车等涂装的预处理,及"耐指纹"涂料,可革除磷化、铬钝化等污染工序,并展示了推广前景。The application of phosphoric： acid modified epoxy resin composite surface treatment liquid in low surface treatment was narrated. The pretreatment of inorganic/organic hybrid composite coatings used for aluminum alloy which was prepared bysol-gel technique, stainless steel painting, galvanized iron sheet painting, automobile painting and anti-fingerprint coatings were introduced. It can get rid of the phosphating, chromium passivation and other pollution process, and its popularize prospect was shown.
