摘 要:在对旋流板分离技术的研究和应用基础上,提出将旋流板塔应用在涂装废气除尘、除雾处理当中,旋流板塔的分离性能受到其内部气相流动和颗粒运动规律的制约。仅仅通过试验或解析等传统方法分析其内部复杂的流动状况难度很大,而且周期长、费用高;通过流体力学计算软件Fluent对旋流板塔进行数值模拟研究,可以计算分析旋流板塔内部的气相流动和颗粒运动的规律;因数值模拟对于认识旋流板塔的分离机理、改进和优化旋流板塔的结构,提高其分离性能,同时缩短设计开发周期和节省费用,具有重要的意义。The rotating-stream-tray scrubber was proposed to used in dedusting waste gas based on the study on the isolation technique of rotating-stream-tray and demisting of coating scrubber, and its isolation property was restricted by the internal gas flow and particle motion. It is hardly to analyse the complex flow condition just by test or analytical method, and the cycle is long, cost is also high. The internal gas flow and particle motion is analyzed by fluid calculation software Fluent. As the numerical simulation has important significance to recognize isolation mechanizations, improve the structure and isolation property of rotating- stream-tray, cut down the design cycle, and save cost.
