摘　　要：介绍了阴极电泳漆混槽的研究与应用,着重介绍了阴极电泳漆混槽前在实验室内进行静态混槽试验,以及与前处理、面漆、胶的配套性。详细分析了混槽过程中工艺参数控制情况,指出在混槽过程应注意的事项以及异常问题处理措施,对今后生产中阴极电泳漆混槽成功应用提供一些参考和建议。The research and application of cathode electrophoresis paint bath mixing technology was introduced. The match of pretreatment, topcoat and glue, and the steady state bath mixing experiment in the laboratory before cathode eleetrophoresis paint were introduced mainly. The process parameters control condition was analyzed in detail, the matters need attention and the measures to deal with unusual problems in bath mixing process were pointed out, which provided some suggestions and advice for the successful application of cathode electrophoresis paint bath mixing in the future production.
