摘　　要：在对建筑安全事故类型及分布进行统计分析的基础上,明确高处坠落、坍塌、物体打击、起重伤害等为四种主要安全事故类型。结合建筑安全生产特点和安全管理实际,指出建筑安全事故主要由外部致因和企业内部致因造成,其中内部致因包括安全技术标准执行不严格、安全管理不规范以及作业人员安全素质较低等,外部致因包括安监部门职责不清、建筑市场法制环境不规范、建筑责任主体监管联动机制缺失等,在此基础上构建了以外部联动机制和企业内控机制为主要内容的建筑安全事故防控体系,为提高建筑安全水平提供理论指导。nAnalyzed the causes of major construction safet iny of construction enterise by using accident tree an Y al tion and rankiug of each specific risk factors, starting from theory of safety system engineering and combined with the straction safety the paper constructs the system of buildi ch,des the exteral roach） level and micro level cause. Based on the actual of safety ma,mgement and characteristics of con ng thi safety factors and points out that the system maiulv in s basis, puts forward safety accident prevention aud con tro system of nstructinn enterprise whose main content includes safety regulatory linkage mechanism and the enterprise inwrnal control mechanism, and its objective is to deal with the construction accidents
