摘　　要：合同是工程运作的工具,是对当事人责权利的约定。在分析2013版施工合同示范文本法律价值的基础上,对示范文本提出的双向担保、价款调整、双倍赔偿、工程移交、缺陷责任、工程保险、索赔期限、争议评审等制度创新进行剖析。并在此基础上对合同管理工作提出了具体路径。Contract is the tool of projee analysis of the legal value of the 2013 t operation , h version of the provides the right and responsibiliiy of eontract. Based on the construction contract model text , the paper interprets system innovation of bidirectional guarantee, the price adjustment, double eompensatiom project handover, the defects lia bility, engineering insurance, period of claim, dispute review mechanism etc. Then put forward specific path of con tract management work
