摘 要:根据输电网金属部件检修记录,结合金属腐蚀电化学原理,对输电网中镀锌金属部件在服役过程中可能发生的腐蚀进行了分析。同时,根据输电网中金属部件的工作状态以及服役环境特点,对输电杆塔、金具、连接件、地线和拉线等镀锌金属部件的腐蚀类型、腐蚀机理做了分析研究。介绍了几种镀锌层腐蚀寿命预测方法,并结合服役环境特点提出了相应的防护措施。指出应加强针对输电网服役环境下的腐蚀机理与防护技术的研究及输电网在不同服役环境中腐蚀预测研究,以便为输电网的安全运行提供技术支持。By taking advantage of the maintenance records together with the principle of corrosion electrochemistry,the corrosion that may occur during the service period of hot-dipped components in power transmission grid is analyzed.Considering the operating conditions and the service environments,the corrosion of components including transmission.tower,anchor clamp,connecting piece,earth wire and stay wire,is classified and the corrosion mechanism is studied.In addition,several methods for life forecast of zinc coating are introduced,and related preventive measures are proposed based on the characteristic of service environment.Finally,it is proposed that the research of corrosion mechanism,protection technology and life forecast for hot-dipped components in power transmission grid under different service circumstances should be enhanced for the purpose of secure operation of the electric power system.
