摘 要:本文对有关基坑的一些规范中的安全系数与分项系数的使用进行了讨论,指出二者基于不同设计理论,是不应混淆的。也对与水有关的几个问题提出了看法:作用于挡土结构物两侧的水压力及底部的扬压力属于荷载还是抗力不应任意规定;在粉土地基中计算水土压力时,分算还是合算应主要考虑其下卧土层的渗透性和排水条件,同时也提出在饱和黏性土中进行水土合算时,不应出现零土压力区。This is the fourth part of a series of discussion papers. In the paper, some issues for the factor of safety and the partial factor in some codes are discussed. It is pointed that the design methods with the factor of safety and the partial factor are based on different design theories and should not be wrongly used. It is discussed that the water pressures on the both sides of retaining structure and the uplift pressure of water as the load or the resistance shouldn't be specified arbitrarily; the calculation of lateral earth pressure of silt under groundwater by using the total stress approach or the effective stress approach should be determined according to the penetrability and the draining conditions of the underlying soils; in the calculation of lateral earth pressure of saturated clay soil with total stress approach, it is not unreasonable that there is a zero-pressure zone.
