摘  要:目的建立测定小儿清热片中大黄5种蒽醌类成分含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,固定相为Diamonsil—C18柱,甲醇-0.2%(体积分数)H,PO。水溶液(体积比86.5:13.5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为430nm,柱温为30℃。结果大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚、芦荟大黄素质量浓度分别在2.0—12.0、3.6~21.6、16.0—96.0、5.4~32.4、3.0—18.0μg·mL^-1范同内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.1%、100.5%、103.1%、100.7%和99.3%(I=6)。结论该法可用于小儿清热片中大黄5种蒽醌类成分的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the assay of five anthraquinones in Rheum officinale from Xiao'er Qingre Tablets. Methods An HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 2% phosphoric acid(86.5: 13.5). The flow rate was 1.0 mL . min-1 , and the detection wavelength was 430 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves for emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, physcion and aloe-emodin were linear in the range of 2.0-12.0,3.6-21.6,16.0-96.0,5.4-32.4,3.0- 18.0 μg . mL^-1. The average recovery for emodin,rhein, chrysophanol, physcion and aloe-emodin were 102. 1% , 100. 5% , 103.1% , 100. 7% and 99. 3% (n = 6), respectively. Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of five anthraquinones in Rheum officinale from Xiao'er Qingre Tablets.
