摘 要:目的初步研究棣棠花挥发油的化学成分,为其进一步化学成分分析提供科学依据。方法首次对云南、四川产棣棠花的干燥全草进行系统化学成分预试验;并采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同产地棣棠花挥发油,采用GC-MS对其化学成分进行分析。结果共得到18种化合物。其中2-keto-6,10,14-trimethylPentadecanone的相对质量分数最高,在四川棣棠花中达39.19%,而在云南棣棠花中高达65.11%。结论所分析化合物首次从棣棠花精油中得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Kerria japonica. Methods Chemical constituents of Kerria japonica collected from Siehuan and Yunnan provinces were subjected to preliminary experiments, and the chemical compositions of the essential oil extracted from them were also firstly analysed by GC-MS. Results 18 constituents of the volatile oil from Kerria japonica in Siehuan and Yunnan provinces were identified. Moreover, the relative content of 2-keto-6,10,14-trimethyl-Pentadecanone was the highest in two kinds of Kerria japonica from different origins, and was 39. 19% in Kerria japonica collected from Sichuan province, while, was more than 65.11% in Kerria japonica collected from Yunnan province. Conclusion All chemical constituents of the volatile oil in Kerria japonica form Sichuan and Yunnan were obtained from Kerria japonica for the first time.
