处方点评系统对提高处方质量效果分析

摘　　要：目的了解实施处方点评前后处方质量情况,寻求有效的处方干预措施,以促进合理用药,保障医疗安全。方法依据2010年卫生部新颁发《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》标准,随机抽取实行处方点评前门急诊处方6 000张,以及实行处方点评后门急诊处方6 000张,分别统计合理、不合理处方数,并对不合理处方进行分类分析。结果实施处方点评前不合理处方为350张,处方合格率为94.20%。实施处方点评后不合理处方为194张,处方合格率为96.73%,处方合格率比实行处方点评前提高了2.53%。结论实施处方点评、干预能有效地提高处方合格率、促进合理用药。我院门急诊处方的合格率仍有待进一步提高。Objective To comprehend the condition before and after the implementation of the reviews of prescriptions. To find out the effective way of intervention that can lead to rational drug using and ensure the medical safeness. Methods According to the standard of ＂Specification of Reviews＇ Management of Hospitals＇ Prescriptions （Trial）＂ that was newly published by the Ministry of Health of the People＇s Republic of China in 2010,6 000 prescriptions had been randomly selected from the Department of Outpatient respectively before and after the implement of reviews. The number of reasonable and unreasonable prescriptions would be undergo statistical t respectively. Furthermore, the unreasonable prescriptions would carry on classification and analysis. Results Before the implementation of reviews,there was 350 unreasonable prescriptions, and the passing rate of prescriptions was 94.20%. However, after the implementation of reviews, there was only 194 unreasonable prescriptions and the passing rate was 96. 73%. Therefore, the passing rate of prescriptions had been increased 2. 53% after the implementation of reviews. Conclusion The implementation of reviews and intervention can effectively enhance the passing rate of prescriptions and promote rational drug using. Therefore, the result indicates that the passing rate of prescriptions of our hospital has the potential to have further improvement.
