摘  要:金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)普遍存在于自然界中,具有独特的理化特征及生物学功能,被广泛应用于生物化学、医学、病理学、毒理学、化妆品行业及环境卫生领域。MT来源不仅局限于哺乳动物(如人、鼠、兔等),还来源于甲壳类、无脊椎动物、真核原核微生物和植物等。此外,DNA重组技术也逐渐应用到MT诱导过程中。在功能上,MT不仅在医学的应用极其广泛,在环境保护方面的作用也逐渐受到重视而成为研究的热点。本文介绍了金属硫蛋白的分离纯化技术及功能研究进展。Metallothionein (MT) is widely distributed in the world. Owing to the unique physicochemical characteristics and biological function, MT has been applied in biochemistry, medicine, pathology, toxicology, environmental protection and cosmetic industry. Current studies found that MT is not only derived from the mammals (such as human, rat and rabbit), but also from crustaceans, invertebrates, the prokaryotic and eukaryotic microorganisms and plants. In addition, recombinant DNA technology was increasingly applied in the MT induction process. Now MT is widely applied in medicine, and its role in environmental protection has also become the research hot spot. This paper will review the separation and purification technology, as well as the function of MT.
