摘　　要：目的:探讨中心静脉导管留置心包腔引流治疗心包积液的实用性、安全性和有效性。方法:采用Seldinger技术将单腔中心静脉导管置入心包腔留置引流心包积液。结果:21例患者均成功引流出心包积液,术后症状快速缓解,导管保留7d^30d,取得良好的治疗效果。结论:心包腔置管引流治疗心包积液疗效满意,并发症少、患者耐受性好、医疗费用少,是安全、方便、实用、有效的治疗方法。Objective ：To observe the practit：ability, safety and cttectiveness of central venous catheter into pericardial cavity for he reatmcnt of pericardia] effusitv, Methods：Pericardiocentesis with Seldinger technique of indwelling catheter drirae were eotpieted in patienr with pericardai effusion. Results：It is successl：olly to drain the pericardial effusion in all 2i ca;es,and raIdly reliefthe postoperative symptoms＇ with catheter retention 7d-30d. Favorable therapeutic effect has been achieved. Conclasion：lhe effect of pericardial catheter drainage for pericardi effusion was satisfactory,fewer complica- tioas and well -tolelled. This method is lower medical costs, safe ,convenient ,practical for the treatment of pericardial effusion.
