摘　　要：目的:通过调查我院医务人员对石河子市基本医疗保险政策认知度的情况,为规范我院医务人员的医疗行为提供依据。方法:设计以基本医疗保险政策和医务人员医疗行为项目基本内容的调查问卷,统计分析调查数据。结果:我院医务人员对基本医疗保险政策认知水平及范围偏低;基本医疗保险培训力度不够,对提高医务人员的认知度作用有限;医务人员在基本医疗保险中存在不规范的医疗行为。结论:医务人员决定和支配患者的医疗费用,提高医务人员的认知度,规范医疗行为是控制医保费用的有效方式。Objective：By investigating the hospital medical staff awareness of shihezi city basic medical insurance policy,To better regulate our provides the reference for the medical behavior of medical personnel. Methods：Design with basic medical insurance policy and the medical staff medical practice project basic contents of the questionnaire, statistical analysis of survey data. Results：Our medical stall for basic medical insurm^ce policy scope and cognitive level is low;Do not pay enough attention to training of the basic medical insurance, to improve the medical staff recognition effect is limited; Medical personnei in the basic medical insurance does not exist in the standard medical behavior. Conclusion：Medical per- sonnel decision and control in patients with medical expenses,improve staff awareness, standardizing medical behavior is an effective way to control health care costs.
