摘　　要：目的:探讨快速溶解环磷酰胺注射液的方法,提高临床护理工作效率。方法:将80瓶环磷酰胺注射液随机分为2组,每组40瓶,A组采用手工振摇,B组采用振荡器振摇,在相同室温下进行药物溶解实验,分别观察、记录、比较各组药物溶解情况。结果:A、B两组药物完全溶解时间分别为285.6±90.3sec和40.0±6.3sec。结论:采用振荡器溶解环磷酰胺注射液省时省力,提高临床护理工作效率。Objective：To explore the rapid dissolution of cyclophosphamide injection methods to improve the efficien- cy of clinical care. Methods：80 bottles of cyclophosphmnide injection were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 bottles in each group. Group A with hand- shaking, group B with oscillator shaking,drug dissolution experiments in the same room temperature were observed,recorded,comparing the drugs dissolved. Results：A,B two grups of drugs completely dissolved time are 285.6 ± 90.3sec and 40.0 ± 6.3see. Conclusion： Using oscillator dissolved cyclophosphamide injection is effort to improve the efficiency of clinical care.
