网状植皮结合VSD负压吸引技术治疗四肢难愈性创面的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨网状植皮结合VSD负压吸引技术治疗四肢难愈性创面的临床效果。方法:40例四肢难愈性创面患者,20例给予网状植皮结合VSD负压吸引技术治疗,20例给予网状植皮治疗,观察患者的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的皮片均在术后第一次换药时成活,20天后网状皮扩展良好,1个月后创面被完全覆盖,无感染及变态反应出现,对照组3例感染引起植皮部分坏死;观察组平均住院时间为(2.9±0.5)周,对照组为(4.1±0.3)周,两组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:网状植皮结合VSD负压吸引技术治疗四肢难愈性创面的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of mesh skin graft combined with VSD negative pressure suction technique for treatment of refractory wound of limbs. Methods：Forty patients with limbs of refractory wound were treated in our hospital from March 2011 to December 2012, 20 cases were treated with mesh skin graft combined with VSD pressure suction technology treatment, 20 cases were treated with mesh skin graft treatment,then the clinical effect of the patients were observed. Results：The skin piece of observation group were all survival at the first dressing , the mesh skin extension was good after twenty days, the wound was completely covered after one month, no infection and allergic reaction appeared, and 3 cases of control group were with infection,the average length of hospital stay of observation group was （2.9±177;0.5） weeks, the average length of hospital stay of control group was （4.1±177;0.3） weeks, there were significant differences between those of two groups. Conclusion：The clinical effect of mesh skin graft combined with pressure suction VSD techniques for the treatment of refractory wound limbs is remarkable.
