肾康注射液在早期慢性肾脏病患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾康注射液治疗在早期慢性肾脏病患者中的效果。方法:早期慢性肾脏病患者93例患者,分为干预组47人和对照组46人,对照组采用纯西药治疗,干预组则在西药治疗的基础上加用肾康注射液。结果:干预组有效率、治疗后Ccr高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后各项指标均好于治疗前(P<0.05);干预组治疗后Scr、BUN、β-MG指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对早期慢性肾脏病患者采用肾康注射液进行治疗,疗效显著。Objective：To explore the effect of Shenkang Injection in the treatment patients with early stage of chronic kidney disease.Methods：93 patients with early stage of chronic kidney disease, the control group with pure western medicine treatment and the intervention group was added with Shenkang Injection basis on Western medicine. Results：After the treatment,the effective rate and Ccr of intervention group were higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment each of index of two groups were better than before treatment （P〈0.05）;After treatment, Scr, BUN,β-MG of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treatment of Shenkang Injection on patients with early stage of chronic kidney disease was curative effect.
